Are you looking for an international oriented and challenging career at one of the leading global engineering thermoplastic companies? We are looking for a Inside Sales Representative (ISR) France to join our highly professional European Supply Chain team.

Department/section:
The Inside Sales team is part of the SF&S Supply Chain, located in the ADM Building in Bergen op Zoom. There are 4 groups within the Supply Chain (total of 27 people, located in 3 countries): Inside Sales, Material Management, Distribution and Support. The Supply Chain team facilitates the timely processing of the customer orders through the "order to delivery process" (Sales, Stock keeping, Order Intake, Scheduling, Shipping and After Sales), which makes them the "spider in the web".

You will become part of a small business unit within SABIC, where we have long standing relations with our customers. We work in a small, international and dedicated team, with a "can do" atmosphere, where you will be empowered to take decisions with regard to your customers. This job offers significant growth opportunities in the Supply Chain or Commercial organization.


Your responsibilities

The ISR is the liaison, in the Supply Chain team, between the external Customer and the internal SABIC organization. His/her primary task is to represent the commercial and logistical needs of the customer towards SABIC. You will be in frequent contact with the customers to discuss pricing, progress of current orders, discusses lead-times & delivery options and answer basic technical questions about our products. The external requirements will have to be translated into internal requests. These will need to be discussed internally with, for example: Scheduling, Logistics, Product Management or Finance, in order to reach the optimal situation for our customers and SABIC.


Your Profile

We are looking for an enthusiastic person that likes the challenge of finding the optimum between: service to our customers and profitability for the company. In order to do this you should be able to understand the various parts of the total process and have the commercial skills to sell both good and bad news to your customers. Process optimization is something you do by nature.

Desired:
- Excellent French and English (written and spoken).
- Previous Customer Service and/or Inside Sales experience.
- Service and sales-minded.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to learn and work with several computer systems at the same time.
- Active and energetic person who can perform different tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
- Flexible team player.
